What’s that all about you ask? The first 50 registered donors will receive a gift card to Big Ditch for a pint of beer! One way to celebrate those willing to donate blood that is so needed in Western New York.
Connect Life will once again be the organization collecting blood donations at this year’s annual blood drive and fundraiser to be held on Saturday, February 28th at Daemen University’s Academic Wellness Center at 4433 Main Street in Amherst from 9am to 4pm. The Alison Rose Foundation will also have a basket raffle concurrent with the blood drive to help raise funds that are donated to local hospitals, organizations and families supporting the ARF’s mission.
